At Carpet Universe Mills, our shipping department exercises great care in preparing your flooring for
shipping. Each roll is individually wrapped and sealed in strong weather tight polyurethane film to assure
added protection during transportation.
When it comes to shipping your carpet, common carrier is the most economical way. The graph above
estimates typical shipping days required to receive your flooring if you live in a metropolitan area.
Deliveries to residences may take longer. We ship by square yard rates vs. poundage rates, thus
ensuring the best volume rates which is then passed onto you for a savings of up to 50%! For all orders
shipped outside the state of Georgia, there is no sales tax charged to your order which will greatly offset
the shipping charges incurred.
Once your order arrives in your area, the carrier will give you a 24 to 48 hour advanced call to schedule
your delivery. Generally, you will need someone to help receive your order and remove it from the
delivery truck.
We have many freight carriers from which to choose. Be aware that most freight carriers' rates change
daily. However, we assure you that the most economical freight carrier will be utilitized for your delivery.

monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. To provide the absolute highest quality of
service, samples on any product seen on this website can be mailed to you.
Individual returns based on general customer dissatisfaction is taken on a case by case situation. If a
sample was sent and an order was placed based on the sample, a restocking fee may be applied on the
